Hello,

I'm the former CEO of Qualifio, a zero-party data collection platform. I joined early in 2014 and grew with the company through its different chapters, up to its acquisition by Altor and integration into Ibexa. In 2025, I was also appointed CEO of Actito, a sister company in the same group.

In 2026, both teams were fully integrated with Ibexa, and I felt it was a good moment to try something new.

I'm now working on a few early-stage projects, and taking on short consulting engagements where I think I can help.

I tend to be most useful in moments of transition: management teams restructuring, post-acquisition integrations, founders getting back to operational control, or leadership teams professionalizing their go-to-market. The work is usually concrete: sales processes, CRM and internal tooling, reporting, OKRs and playbooks.

I like meeting founders and learning about what they're building. If you think I could help on something specific, I'd be very happy to hear from you.

The best way to reach me is by email: quentin@quentinpaquot.com.

See you soon,

Best,

Quentin

Background

I studied Law and Marketing at the University of Namur and ULB.

2011 Started my career at Guru Training Systems, a Belgian startup building markerless biomechanic software for sport analysis, mostly sold in the US, Japan and South Korea. I learned a bit of everything there: product, partnerships, events, prospecting.
2014 Joined Qualifio as Business Developer, with two missions: opening the Dutch market from scratch, and bringing in verticals beyond Media. FMCG, retail, sports and entertainment now represent most of Qualifio's revenue.
2015 Accelerated Management Program at Solvay Brussels School.
2016 Appointed Chief Commercial Officer, covering sales and marketing.
2018 €3M Series A with Volta Ventures and Wallonie Entreprendre, which allowed us to accelerate our ARR growth to 60% year over year, grow the team and open new markets.
2020 Appointed COO. Brought the company back to profitability, prepared the founder transition, hired our CTO and extended the product offering.
2021 Appointed CEO, after six months as Co-CEO with Olivier Simonis. Qualifio was cash-EBITDA positive with strong ARR growth, close to the Rule of 40.
2023 Qualifio is acquired by QNTM Group, backed by Altor, and joins a group of European martech companies.
2025 Appointed CEO of Actito (including Notificare), also part of QNTM, to optimize the organization and build synergies across the group.
2026 Five companies of the group, including Actito and Qualifio, are unified into the Ibexa Orchestration Platform.

A few things I enjoy

I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to setting up and integrating software inside a company, and demanding about how it's used day to day. The goal is to make these tools part of the company's DNA, so teams work better, more collaboratively, and with real transparency.

I also care a lot about how things are organized: clear playbooks, documents in their place, easy access to financials, performance, and key goals. What I find rewarding is putting the small, useful habits in place that make teams stronger and more autonomous.

If there's one thing I've kept throughout my years at Qualifio, it's a real product obsession: using the product myself, running demos, and listening closely to customer feedback to shape the roadmap.

Outside of work

I co-founded the Belgian Bright Football League with a few friends, and helped launch the first Tour de Bonneville. Both became part of Beautiful Sports, the Federation of Sports and Passion, now run with success by two good friends of mine.

I ride with the Profitivisme Bumble Bees cycling team, and above all, I'm the father of Odile and Marcelle.
